Mila iDeal Composite Door Hinge White
Application uses
- Suitable for inward and outward opening doors
- Will fit left and right handed doors
- Suits doors up to 80kg (3 hinges)

- Butt hinge suitable for composite doors
- Fully adjustable for ease of installation and to ensure weather tightness
- Adjustment can be achieved without dismounting door leaf
- Steel hinge pin enhances security
- 8mm diameter bosses provide additional stability
- Tested to 50,000 cycles under load
- Salt spray testing - 480 hours on powder coated versions, 240 hours on plated versions
- Maximum sash weight 80kg with (3 hinges)
- Simple to fit

Maintenance
All moving parts should be lightly lubricated using a light non-acidic mineral oil (e.g. “3 in 1”) twice per year and the surface cleaned with a soft damp cloth. The product may need to be adjusted and fixings tightened to ensure a satisfactory operation.
