Application uses

• For timber door hinged on the left or the right where slam action is required
• Keys are suitable for use on doors up to 50mm thick
• Detainer style locks provide a higher number of key combinations than lever locks
• 3R35X is suitable for use on escape doors
• For use with handles ref 3R35F

Operation

• When closed, the door is secured by an automatic deadlocking action on the latch
• A hold back snib can be used to keep the latch in the withdrawn position
• Inside handle cannot be locked, allowing emergency escape at all times

• To tell the handing of a door, stand on the side where the hinges are visible when it is closed. If the hinges are on your left, it is a left hand door; if they are on your right, it is a right hand door
