Fab & Fix Haven Intelligent Strength Composite Door Hinge White
The Haven Intelligent Strength 3D Adjustable hinge is suited to either PVCu, Composite or Timber doors and designed to be perfectly matching into the Fab&Fix product portfolio. Highly adjustable in 3 directions to ease the installation process.
Application uses
- Suitable for composite and timber doors

- Low profile design specifically for composite doors - dedicated performance, unobtrusive appearance
- Sash piece can be routed into door, slotted into faceplate liner or screwed directly onto edge of sash - precision fit with or without door liner
- Integral fixing lugs - additional stability and strength
- Security anti-lift pin - prevents intruder from removing the pin and lifting out the door
- 3D adjustment with supplied Allen keys - for final tweaking and alignment
- 30kg sash weight load per hinge - support up to 90kg weight with 3 hinges

Adjustment
- Horizontal adjustment of +/-2mm;
- Height adjustment of +/-3mm
- Compression adjustment of +/-1.5mm
Maintenance
For continued protection of the quality finish and appearance, we advise routine cleaning of all our external hardware. We recommend wiping it with a clean cloth soaked in warm water and mild detergent every month. Please refrain from using heavy-duty cleaners, containing Chlorine or Potassium. Moving parts should also be lightly lubricated using a light non-acidic mineral oil (e.g., “3 in 1”) at least twice per year. The product may need to be adjusted and fixings tightened to ensure a satisfactory operation. This procedure is particularly essential if products are used within a 25-mile radius of coastal areas or close proximity to building sites or large industrial areas, where more frequent cleaning may be required to prevent the accumulation of corrosive contaminants.
