Yale Elevator 2D Composite Door Hinge White
The Elevator for composite doors has been specifically developed to work on 44mm thick composite doors in conjunction with the Yale hinge cover strip, delivering both easy vertical and lateral adjustment, together with superior aesthetic appeal.

Application uses
- Suitable for inward and outward opening doors
- Will fit left and right handed doors

- Lateral adjustment +2mm
- Vertical adjustment +3mm
Technical Information
- Performance: Endurance tested to 50,000 operations
- Corrosion resistance: All finishes meet the requirements of BS EN 1670 - grade 4 (240 hrs Salt Spray)

Maintenance
All moving parts should be lightly lubricated using a light non-acidic mineral oil (e.g. “3 in 1”) twice per year and the surface cleaned with a soft damp cloth. The product may need to be adjusted and fixings tightened to ensure a satisfactory operation.
