In order to show our appreciation for long-standing employees, we provide each member of staff with a gold watch when they’ve been with us for 25 years. In fact, this year we’re handing out 3 gold watches to employees, and they’ll join the 9 other members of the ‘Gold Watch’ club (as well as those members of the company who have since retired following 25 years of service). One member of staff recently celebrated 50 years with the company!
