Which doors within a commercial setting need to be fire doors?
Your fire risk assessor will advise you on the rating for commercial fire doors, however, all doors in a communal fire escape route will need to be fire rated.
Do all commercial door sets need to be fire rated?
Not all doors in a commercial build need to be fire rated, however, if you are unsure, we would always advise consulting a Fire Risk Assessor.
